Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to cancel, modify, or reschedule their services at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid a penalty. Clients who cancel, modify, or reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 50% of the full-service price booked. Clients who cancel, modify, or reschedule their services within 2 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of the full-service price booked.
